INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
As the Integrated Management System Unit; It started its activities in 2021 within the Regional Directorate and in a short time, TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, TS EN ISO 50001: 2018 Energy Management System and TS ISO 10002: 2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System certificates were obtained.
With these certificates, it will be ensured that all services offered to the region are provided within the framework of quality standards, focused on participant satisfaction, and efforts will continue to improve and develop the process.
