Human Resources Policy:

The main objective of our Human Resources Policy is to select human resources suitable for the institutional structure of our OIZ and to ensure that the necessary training, development and training activities are carried out to create a competitive advantage, and to create a common corporate culture.

In this context, in human resources management, it is aimed to employ the quality of human resources that will ensure the most efficient realization of OIZ activities and to ensure the continuation of success; to ensure the motivation of employees, to continuously improve the financial and social rights of employees, to create a fair and professional working environment and to provide the necessary support to identify and meet the training needs of the personnel.

The basic principles of our human resources policy;

*Kocaeli Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone Directorate has adopted a proactive and innovative perspective in the management of human resources, to cooperate with all units of the OIZ, and to adopt a fair working style based on success. In all these processes, our human resources management supports innovation and creativity.

In line with the determined principles, the following activities are carried out by the Human Resources Unit of GGOSB Directorate;

 

-Selecting, hiring and recruiting the necessary personnel in order to ensure that the most suitable workforce for the job descriptions is assigned to the institution's staff and that all personnel are trained and developed according to their talents and competencies. preparation and implementation of recruitment, orientation, training, wages, career planning, etc. studies,

 

- Carrying out activities related to personnel leave, starting/leaving work, etc. in accordance with current laws and regulations,

 

- Managing work and transactions related to official institutions in accordance with legislation in matters falling within the scope of duty to ensure the personnel rights of Regional Directorate employees,

 

- In line with Quality Management Systems; Maintaining the image of being a pioneer and exemplary institution by increasing corporate reputation and Acting with the principle of continuously improving the Integrated Management System
