TECHNICAL WORKS PROJECT AND ACTIVITY STATUS
Landscape Maintenance Works
Although the maintenance of our more than 60 thousand saplings planted since the establishment of our institution has changed periodically, pruning works are carried out as of October in order to prevent them from being damaged especially in snowfall. Continuous maintenance services continue within our Organized Industrial Zone with approximately 20,000 m2 of grass area.
Winter Month Road Maintenance
Winter month road maintenance is carried out in shifts when necessary depending on the precipitation and intensity. In cases of heavy snowfall, our main and secondary roads are primarily snow-fighting services, using our institution's construction equipment and salting vehicles.
Field Maintenance and Cleaning Works
Our Organized Industrial Zone's field cleaning is carried out 3 days a week and, when necessary, with our institution's cleaning vehicle. In areas where vehicle access is not possible, our field personnel perform cleaning work periodically.
Infrastructure Repair and Maintenance Services
Infrastructure repair and maintenance services are carried out in line with both our participant's requests and complaints and the findings of our institution's personnel. Knowing that the amount of rainfall will increase in the autumn months, rainwater channels and grates are cleaned regularly.
OUR COMPLETED PROJECTS
Vocational High School Construction (Completed Projects)
The Vocational High School project, which was started in 2013 within the borders of our Organized Industrial Zone, was implemented in order to support the need for intermediate staff, which has become the biggest problem of our day. Our school, which has a seating area of 5100 m2, has a closed area of approximately 22,000 m2 and has 38 classrooms, 36 workshops and laboratories, a multi-purpose indoor sports hall with a tribune for 500 people and social activity areas. Approximately 1300 students, including students who registered to our school in the 2021-2022 academic year, receive education in our school, which was put into operation in 2019. They are a source of pride for our institution with their successes in both education and social activities.
Kindergarten Construction (Completed Projects)
Our kindergarten, the foundation of which was laid in 2013 with the aim of supporting women's employment, was put into operation in the 2014-2015 academic year. Our kindergarten, which has a seating area of approximately 650 m2, has a closed area of 1300 m2. Our kindergarten has 6 classrooms, a drama activity room, an infirmary, a sleeping room and approximately 200 m2 of indoor play area. Our kindergarten has 1800 m2 of green space, playground and greenhouse area so that our children can have more fun.
Construction of Truck Park (Completed Projects)
18,000 m2 of area has been allocated to prevent irregular parking of vehicles providing transportation services to our companies operating in our Organized Industrial Zone and to facilitate traffic flow.
Construction of Cafeteria (Completed Projects)
Its construction was completed in 2013 as a single-storey building in a 500 m2 closed area and put into operation.
