As the Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone Management, we established the Private Adem Ceylan Final Technical College with a donation of 10,000 m² of land, under the leadership of our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Adem Ceylan, to meet the need for qualified workforce in our industry. This school, realized in partnership with Final Schools, serves with a capacity of 1680 students in a 21,000 m² indoor area; it has modern facilities such as 18 workshops, 16 laboratories, 58 classrooms, an indoor sports hall, a synthetic turf field, and a cafeteria with a capacity of 800 people.
Our school provides education in branches such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial Automotive, Renewable Energy, Motors, and Information Technologies (Software Development, Network Administration, Cyber Security). Our workshops, equipped with a team of expert teachers and support from companies such as Schneider Electric, ASELSAN, Vivo, and Festo, prepare our students for industrial practice with our "Producing School" vision.
Our graduates are directly employed thanks to internship opportunities in companies in our region, national/international project competitions, and collaborations with Gebze Technical University and Kocaeli University. We also reinforce industry-education harmony through joint activities such as environmental cleanup; we continue to raise the innovative, patriotic, and economy-contributing generations of the future.
